Remember, I expect all of you younger guys to be stronger & more fit than me (especially since I am twice the age of most of you), however, my job is to make sure that it is not easy for you to do that.

Learn how to begin training like a Strongman

Frank DiMeo, owner/head trainer of CrossFit Gulf Coast, saw the need to make Strongman Training available to people in the Sarasota, FL area.
He has attended Strongman Training events by some of the most notable Strongmen around:
Tom Mitchell, Bud Jeffries, & Scott Weech
Now, he will be sharing step-by-step instruction on how to begin this incredible journey of strength-building.
No previous experience is required, just be in reasonably good health, be coachable, & willing to work hard.
Guys and gals are welcome in this class.

Training Schedule

Training will be done at CrossFit Gulf Coast as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday nights 6:00-7:00 PM

Saturday Noon-1:00 PM

You can get Strongman training separately or with CrossFit added in
